  • The return is initiated and the product is sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during specific clearance events.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Action Required: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item received.

  • Resolution: We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs. Claims reported outside of this 48-hour window may not be accepted.

How to Return an Item

  3. Return Shipping: For “change of mind” returns (where there is no fault with the product), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Royal Mail Tracked), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item to ensure it meets our conditions, we will process your refund within 14 working days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the credit to your account.

Exchanges
